As the Digital Learning Product Manager at GSK, you'll be an integral part of the Digital Accelerator team within the Digital and Tech Strategy & Performance department. This hands-on role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating learning experiences, products, and solutions. Essential to this role is expertise in learning and development methods, including designing learning platforms and experiences, digital learning event creation, and establishing partnerships for framework supplier solutions. Additionally, you'll be involved in workshop design and facilitation, coaching, mentoring, evaluating the impact of learning, and using data to recommend product improvements.

In this role you will

  • Create learning materials to facilitate practical application of new knowledge in daily tasks.
  • Oversee digital learning experiences and curriculums, integrating feedback and data for continuous improvement.
  • Design and conduct impactful digital learning workshops, prioritizing solutions with proven results.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Research and design learning experiences that add value and make an impact.
  • Address and resolve issues in learning experiences, suggesting improvements.
  • Use data to test learning hypotheses and validate development solutions.
  • Support and co-manage digital learning operations, including platforms and assets, and innovate for added value.
  • Implement experimentation and modern learning practices to enhance learning effectiveness.

  • Experience in designing and delivering digital transformation learning solutions.
  • Proficient in human-centered design with the ability to coach others.
  • Capable of managing complex, fast-paced programs at an enterprise level.
  • Strong project management skills with a disciplined delivery approach.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate key messages effectively.
  • Agile mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Advanced skills in Digital Learning Design and familiarity with global accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies to promote a learning culture is essential.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:  

  • Skilled facilitators adept at hybrid workshops and digital tools like Mural and Miro.
  • Degree in Behavioural Science or Psychology is a plus.
  • Self-motivated leaders with resilience and a proactive attitude.
