As SQL/Python Developer & Product Manager in the Hair Care Global Digital and Analytics Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing digital solutions to support P&G business across the globe. You will be operating under the Agile Scrum framework, being responsible for managing and enhancing existing digital tools, as well as actively participating in the development of new digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop new digital solutions:

• Leverage SQL, Python, Microsoft Azure data bricks and Power BI to develop new solutions that will drive simplification and supply chain performance.
• Understand stakeholders requirements to translate them into digital solutions while proactively communicate project updates, timelines, and risks.
• Identify new digital technologies that will drive innovation in our digital ecosystem

Maintain and Enhance Digital Tools:

• Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Job Qualifications

• University diploma
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in digital visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in a programming language (SQL or Python)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with data management systems (Microsoft Azure Databricks)
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of supply chain principles.
• Basic Project management skills, such as task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
