Job Description:

What are we looking for?

CoreLogic is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join their Noida team. As a Business Analyst you will be at the heart of defining requirements for software implementation for our clients, and solving problems using your BA skills. You will work collaboratively with clients to tailor a solution which works best for their business process and work closely with project managers and technical analysts to configure and deploy the solution.

We want to give our clients the highest-level of service and we provide friendly 'hands-on' support. We are forthcoming, personable and consult closely with the business to understand their needs and prioritise solutions. Our analysts should be experts at asking questions, collecting information, creating succinct documentation, and distilling into tangible goals.

As the Business Analyst, Professional, Client Services, what will I be responsible for?

Day-to-day, you will help define the scope of projects, define solution requirements and manage backlogs of upcoming work. To do this effectively, you will actively seek out and work with others to achieve a shared understanding of the problems to be solved, as well as defining intended solutions. Our analysts are flexible and resilient in the face of change and should be able to deputise for other roles where required.

Specific Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Business and system processes mapping

• Collecting and gathering client requirements

• Configuration and testing of the software

• Data gathering, analysis and reporting

• On-site support

• Training delivery

Job Qualifications:

What does the Business Analyst, Client Services need to have?

  • Experience in project management and/or business analysis role for 1-2 years
  • Good understanding of basic IT principles and practices relevant to supporting users on software
  • Experience in delivering user training preferable
  • Quick & Active learner – able to master new knowledge efficiently
  • Strong data analytic capability
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Visio skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Enjoys working with clients and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, helpful and constant desire to improve
