Summary of Role:

This is a Senior Analyst position within the rotational program of the CEO Strategy Group. This team collaborates closely with the C-suite leaders to drive high impact, cross-functional programs which enable our long-term, sustainable, and profitable growth. It is a group designed to develop future executives through direct exposure to business-critical activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Gather information from different teams and data sources to build solid financial models to support business decisions (e.g. investment cases, M&A transactions)

  • Develop clear and logical rationale for or against specific business opportunities

  • Provide support in establishing processes and methodologies for managing projects including setting up and driving cadence and reporting

  • Work together with a cross-functional organizational team to establish common KPIs to measure project management performance and health to report to senior leadership

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required qualifications

  • Education - Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in professional environments, such as consulting firms, investment banks, or corporate finance

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Projection management skills - planning & implementation

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Financial modeling skills including ability to connect operational metrics with financial results

Expected Salary Range

$53,000.00 - $98,500.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
