We are seeking an Ahmedabad, India based Recruiter to support our recruiting needs for Milacron, India that is one of the operating companies of Hillenbrand Inc. As a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence member, you have a passion for recruiting and for partnering with the business at all levels to ensure you deliver a high level of service. You will join a global, innovative and energetic team of Talent Acquisition professionals committed to finding the talent our business needs to deliver to our customers.

The Recruiter will report directly to the APAC Talent Acquisition Leader and will manage any location specific hiring. This will include partnering with hiring manager, HRBPs and external vendors on the hiring needs while delivering a full life-cycle recruitment process across a variety of requisitions.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will:

  • Be a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to the business and collaborate to hire best in class talent. 
  • Proactively identify candidates to fulfill hiring needs basis the requirements shared by hiring managers and support business to fill positions before the turnaround time. You will interface directly with the hiring manager to gain understanding of position requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates. You will also build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening for your specific operating company.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Provide external market intel to hiring managers and business leaders on the talent market for specific positions and propose key strategies to engage as per the need.
  • Be a face of the employer to every candidate and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques
  • Extend offers and negotiate compensation with the candidate as and when required.
  • Maintain a proactive approach towards interview schedules and assign back up plans to meet the hiring demand.
  • Be a point of contact for the APAC TA Leader with regards to any sort of historical or current hiring data that would be important for leadership review.
  • Work on innovative approach to attract diversity talents and fulfill open positions. You will work with other TA partners in designing strategies to attract diversity talents.
  • Keep a close watch on the TA process and suggest improvements that would benefit the organization from a long-term perspective.

Skills and experience:

  • 6+ years of full life cycle in-house recruiting experience, including minimum 2 years of experience in working with an Engineering or Manufacturing industry set up.
  • Good understanding about hiring in a manufacturing segment.
  • Should have handled end to end recruiting for a whole line of business or a specific region supporting various hiring managers at the same time.
  • Possess extraordinary stakeholder management skills and have a strong customer obsession mindset.
  • Demonstrate advanced and creative sourcing skills to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipeline.
  • Fluency in English

Qualification:

You will be a best fit for the role if you have completed your graduation in Engineering or Science along with a post-graduation in Business Administration (B.E/B.Tech/Bsc. + MBA)

Location Requirement:

Candidates should be in Ahmedabad, India or is willing to relocate to Ahmedabad as the role with be 100% onsite.
