Location: Based out of our Durham, NC location. 2-3 days/week on-site requirement.

As the HCP Marketing Manager for Trelegy, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the development and execution of brand strategy in front of HCP customers.   Candidate should have a solid strategic marketing foundation, be a self-starter, have a passion for innovative thinking and problem solving.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Lead the strategic direction, development, implementation and execution of all digital selling tools, and resources.
  • Strategically implement professional campaign through development of key tactics, leveraging learnings from continuous data analysis to meet customer needs.
  • Strategically align brand and its attributes to identified marketplace needs through application of learnings from market research, continuous data analysis, and insight generation.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute customer guidance for sales team aligned to brand strategy.
  • Methodically and rigorously evaluate brand performance data to identify trends, triggers, and market drivers, with consideration of customer insight to positively impact business trajectory through content optimization.
  • Lead regulatory, legal, medical promotional review process as well as special copy approval needs through our governance process.  
  • Effectively lead internal cross-functional teams, including technology teams, Insights and analytics, compliance, legal and regulatory to advance our use of Digital and Innovative tools, and ensure its strong alignment to brand strategy.
  • Drive collaboration across multiple Business Units to ensure we are moving at pace as an organization.
  • Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets.
  • This role will allow you to develop strong marketing capabilities in areas such as:
    • Creating Compelling Strategy through leveraging emerging technologies and aligning them to brand strategy and key customer opportunities.
    • Driving performance through optimizing our digital tools to drive growth for one of GSKs top Brands.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of healthcare marketing or other relevant commercial experience (Relevant commercial experience may include sales, training, or communications in an agency, CPG or pharma company.  Healthcare marketing can include brand marketing, market research, marketing operations, and/or provider marketing or a combination of these)
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of an organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with 2 years in healthcare marketing
  • HCP Marketing, advertising, and/or media experience strongly preferred, including multichannel experience
  • Strong foundation in key capabilities such as customer centricity and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong project management experience with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Experience with leading primary and secondary market research.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience implementing projects within pharma including copy approval experience.
  • Experience with product launch/new clinical data
  • Experience managing external agencies.
