Our business is growing at a rapid pace, and so is our Digital team. This team is responsible for all of our media planning and buying for dozens of brands across multiple continents, making it an incredibly unique opportunity in New Zealand. Within this team we are recruiting for an experienced Media Buying Manager.
 
The Media Buying Manager will be responsible for media campaign buying, optimisation and reporting for all Edge brands including Rascals Premium Diapers, MONDAY Haircare and Rhodes Pet Science. Our activity runs across TikTok, The Trade Desk, Meta, Amazon, Walmart and the Google ecosystem.
 
The role will cover a number of markets, notably across SEA and Europe. The successful candidate will therefore need to have experience in managing multiple workstreams and managing time effectively to deliver results.
 
The line manager for this role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand. Building a positive relationship and rapport with them across time zones will be very important.

·         Create, execute and optimise digital paid media campaigns
·         Ensure flawlessly pacing and delivery of campaigns
·         Produce effective and insightful reporting
·         Drive campaign execution to meet key performance metrics across Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, Walmart, The Trade Desk other relevant platforms.
·         Lead campaign delivery for European and SEA markets
·         Stakeholder management of European and SEA markets
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: MAX 5 BULLET POINTS

·         3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing or Media
·         Media buying experience working with Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, Google ad products and TikTok Ads Manager is optimal
·         Openness to listen, learn and adapt to always do better
·         Comfortable sharing opinions in a productive manner
·         Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised, and manage time effectively
·         Willingness to take responsibility and accountable for the work of the team
·         FMCG/CPG/Retail experience preferable
