Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of journal entries for all types of journals such as accruals, prepayments, reclassifications and others.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and policies.
• Perform analytical tasks based on financial info provided and report any gap/variance on monthly expenditure.
• Perform monthly critical and non-critical accounts reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Preparing monthly financial reports and financial statements on client ERPs.
• Check the daily bank interfaces, proceed with daily bank clearing, follow up of aged outstanding transactions on a weekly basis and prepare the bank reconciliation at end of month
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information related to financial records.
• Participate in governance calls with client for process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned.
