Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business agility strategies. - Assist clients in developing and implementing agile methodologies and practices. - Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting agile frameworks and tools. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile mindset and practices. - Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management tools. - Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. - Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and events. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
