ROLE DESCRIPTION

The PX (People Experience) Business Partner Manager is responsible for providing support Colombia ensuring the local delivery of all PX key services, talent management, coaching, DEI initiatives, Change management and projects in alignment with business strategies, local/corporate guidelines, and global policies/procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support People Experience strategies and ensure the implementation considering corporate guidelines and aligned to the needs in Colombia.
  • Ensure implementation and delivery of the People Experience services, looking for efficiencies and resolving issues were applicable.
  • Working closely with the Key stakeholders across the People Experience function to implement initiatives as well as creating an informal local and regional/global People Experience network that seeks to make it easier to get things done in PX.
  • Ensure support to the clients assigned with talent management, performance, and People Experience processes to drive organizational development and career development, aligned to corporate goals and objectives.
  • Promote coaching in Talent Management process, Career Management in line with the business strategies, seeking to encourage a Pfizer culture.
  • Support DEI strategy and initiatives.
  • Coach leaders to leverage all people key process / strategy and support their teams to be an effective structure.
  • Ensure effective relationships with internal stakeholders through effective communication in alignment with the People Experience strategy.
  • Participate in change management and transformational processes/projects.
  • Support implementation of compliance of local labor laws and regulations, through local policies and procedures, as well as management of labor relations in an effective way.
  • Partnering with Service Centers, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and other key partners ensuring compliance with local policies, legislation, and corporate guidelines, with a high level of service and accuracy standard.
  • Support process related to M&A aligned with the strategies defined by Global teams.
  • Support administrative personnel process

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economy, Psychology or correlated area. Desirable: MBA in Business Management or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources; experience in business partnering roles and Culture.
  • Experience in coaching leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to develop, implement and monitor People Experience initiatives that enable the achievement of business goals.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal/influencing skills and ability to build relationships and leverage resources within the function and across the organization to advance business and People Experience strategy.
  • Solid problem solving, facilitation and analytical skills.
  • Language: Spanish & English (Advanced)
