Summary of Job:

ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Sr. Manager, Customer Marketing to join our team to manage customer marketing across our enterprise business. As part of the Enterprise Marketing Team, this person will work cross-functionally across sales and marketing to help achieve revenue goals and promote ZipRecruiter as a leading enterprise talent solution. 

Key Focuses:

  • Build and manage ZipRecruiter’s Enterprise Customer Marketing strategy, including channel research, planning, content development, execution, and reporting. 
  • Proactively engage with the sales and supporting teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of Customer Marketing/ABM campaigns
  • Create plans to reach business goals, including developing tailored messaging and content for specific personas and industry verticals
  • Implement highly targeted Enterprise marketing campaigns to drive consideration and awareness including email, social, web, case studies, and more
  • Ensure relevant marketing executions are properly set up in systems and tools for tracking and constant reporting
  • Continuously optimize ABM strategies based on data insights
  • Manage day-to-day requirements, reporting, data analysis, and deadlines, including working with team members to ensure marketing programs are executed with a high degree of quality.
  • Research industry sectors, organizations, and personas while staying updated on industry trends and best practices 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in an ABM/Customer Marketing role for a company focused on the Enterprise sales cycle
  • Experience leading and executing multi-touch marketing campaigns focused on building customer relationships and creating new business opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and agencies while seamlessly coordinating complex deliverables and projects across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, demonstrating the ability to interpret complex data, develop insights to inform marketing strategies, prioritize investments, and lead data-driven discussions with key business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced education: MBA or a master's degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field
  • Proven track record of marketing impact: Demonstrated ability to drive measurable revenue growth through ABM strategies, such as increasing pipeline by $X million or achieving Y% marketing-attributed revenue
  • Industry expertise: Familiarity with Talent Acquisition and HR technology buyers, including a deep understanding of their unique challenges, decision-making processes, and purchasing behavior

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,500-$210,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
