Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive our TikTok Shop affiliate and influencer strategy. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing influencer and affiliate partnerships that align with our brand goals. You will develop targeted campaigns, track effectiveness, and help build a strong, engaged community on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of TikTok’s ecosystem and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer & Affiliate Identification: Research and target influencers and affiliates whose profiles align with our TikTok Shop strategy and audience.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Building: Negotiate terms with influencers and affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships that drive results.
  • Campaign Tracking & Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns, analyzing metrics to gauge effectiveness and ROI.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Assist with troubleshooting issues related to TikTok Shop campaigns and work to resolve problems swiftly.
  • Community Building: Help create and foster an engaged TikTok community, developing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Reporting & Insights: Collaborate with the team to deliver clear and actionable performance reports, providing insights on both influencers and campaigns to optimize future efforts.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to guide content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice, campaign objectives, and TikTok trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and affiliate management, particularly. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinker who can identify unique influencer opportunities and build authentic relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with community building and fostering influencer relations.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms and tools for tracking performance.
  • Knowledge of other social platforms (Instagram, YouTube) is a plus.
