Position Summary

As the Senior Manager, Retention Advisory Services you will designs enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address retention related business opportunities within the member/consumer lifecycle. This work results in leading initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, enabling the organization to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. You will partner with strategic business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include double digit improvement in NPS, retention and CAHPS measures.

 

What you will do: 

  • Direct the day-to-day complex business consulting operations to support the organization's goals and objectives. This position will be responsible for the relationship with specific internal/external customers. Acts as the POC for the retention COE in meetings and is responsible for sharing pertinent information up and down stream.
  • Consistently collaborate internally and externally with many stakeholders at any given time, and on various projects. Advises the internal and external department point of contact ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management.
  • Drive the ideation process for new, innovative ways to close performance gaps. Handles the management of the assigned project along with the project proposal process for new initiatives. This includes developing a business case, and understanding STARS ROI.
  • Develop reports for the organization regarding current business trends and best practices preparing analysis for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Authorize processes for performance appraisals within the business consulting department ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Administer processes and assignments for research, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information for his/her portfolio in partnership with our business insights team.
  • Lead individuals to develop a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Evaluate performance through regular, timely feedback to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated expert in presentation creation.
  • Experienced with presenting and influencing a group of colleagues virtually
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management experience
  • Experienced with planning, execution, and delivery
  • Adept at business intelligence

 

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of CAHPS/Stars.
  • 3 years of Medicare experience


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.40


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
