C.H. Robinson is looking for a Product Development Manager to lead and coordinate regional trade development. This key role focuses on supporting sales growth within our branch network, working closely with sales teams to drive both new and existing business. In this role, you will collaborate across the region to raise awareness of our services and lead day-to-day sales activities, identifying opportunities, driving focus, and reporting on progress and challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in product enhancements, developments, and pricing discussions
  • Collaborate with local and regional management to develop sales strategies, target lists, and increase volume for trucking, customs house brokerage, terminals, and warehousing
  • Share customer-specific data and expectations with internal teams to create viable supply chain solutions
  • Utilize effective negotiation and sales strategies to discuss pricing and sell solutions
  • Make strategic recommendations to ensure sustained growth of C.H. Robinson’s market share
  • Communicate strategies and ensure execution by collaborating with local and regional sales teams
  • Provide market-specific training and awareness to local sales teams and regional staff
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the team or country-specific needs

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of Global Forwarding Sales experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of logistics, solution design, and supply chain processes
  • Proven ability to create and coordinate comprehensive trade lane programs
  • Strong sales, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
