What we offer:

Initially to install and configure software and computer systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware. And move/setup client workstations. This includes new hire desk setup as well as if a currently employee must move.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Travel (drive) to multiple KION Group sites local to the Summerville, SC area
• Follow a pre-defined process for setting up computers
• Install or remove software as needed
• Work with clients when a computer needs to be re-imaged
• Ability to lift/carry/move 50+ lbs of employee equipment between facilities as needed
• Ability to work under desks and other low height objects in order to access small spaces to perform maintenance or installations
• Ability to work overhead in order to perform installations and maintenance activities
