The Acquisition & Portfolio (Deposit ) is responsible for the strategic management of the 7P’s of marketing mix to achieve the targeted revenue and profitability of PFS Retail Deposit business and its contribution to overall PFS. The Manager is responsible for the ideation, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns to continuously drive new and incremental CASA for the attainment of business targets which includes market share growth. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about product management and thrives in a fast paced environment. This role will require strong business acumen and communication skills. Prior experience in retail banking and/ or product development would be great, but it’s more important that you can demonstrate a proven track-record of driving business results. This role reports to the Head of Product Management (CASA). 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage the acquisition on CASA new accounts to achieve the established growth, response rate and business goals through effective planning, implementation and control of all aspects of the marketing process
  • Management of the HLB@Work programme which includes overseeing the collaborative framework between PFS and GSME/BCB to foster payroll account penetration
  • Day-to-day management of HLB Official Store on e-commerce platforms
  • Develop and execute effective and superior marketing plans/ campaigns in line with the overall marketing objectives & strategies
  • Analyze customers behavior and trends and identify opportunity new distribution channels
  • Monitor competitor’s market intelligence, benchmarking against competitors and global industry practices
  • Evaluate P&L impact at programme and portfolio level to deliver maximum return on investment

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

  • Experience in managing budget plans and developing business cases\
  • Thorough understanding of the product lifecycle management process and user experience touchpoint management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present across all levels of the organization with the ability to explain complex elements in a simple way
  • Strong analytical capability, able to draw conclusions from data, key performance indicators and trends

Education/Qualification

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field.  Experience in electronic banking products is preferred
  • Strong competency in verbal and written communications
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment
  • Ability to drive collaboration with functional and technical teams to achieve effective solutions
