What You’ll Get to Do:

The individual will collaborate regularly with CACI business development stakeholders to identify opportunities where it would be advantageous to bid CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) as part of the solution in a proposal for new work. The individual will work with CACI’s communication team to market the ASF both internally within CACI as well as to potential customers and partners. The role involves maintaining relationships with stakeholders and promoting the ASF brand.

More About the Role:

Serves a liaison between the ASF team and the CACI business development stakeholders and the CACI corporate communications team. Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with CACI Business Development (BD) & Capture Management throughout entire BD lifecycle on proposal components that involve the ASF

  • Brief BD Staff on the capabilities of the ASF and showcase ASF facilities

  • Develop and execute ASF marketing campaigns with the CACI Corporate Communications team for external awareness and growth.

  • Lead and develop PR initiatives in partnership with CACI’s Corporate Communications team, including social media, white papers, videos, blogs, website content, and more.

  • Create internal documentation, announcements, and engagements for the ASF’s Center of Excellence (CoE).

  • Manage ASF branding and editorial guidelines.

  • Lead and develop PR and Social Media campaigns in partnership with CACI’s Corporate Communications team

  • Ensure appropriate ASF representation at corporate functions and industry tradeshows including occasional travel within the U.S.

  • Partner with BD and internal stakeholders to give facility tours and presentations for external clients.

  • Track BD opportunities, engagements, and ASF team proposal initiatives throughout the BD lifecycle.

  • Promote the ASF Incubator concept in partnership with key universities to build, grow, and maintain a robust ASF talent pipeline.

  • Lead the ASF Incubator program (intern program) during the summer, to manage onboarding, Agile training, and projects tasks and requirements in a Scrum environment.

  • Reinforce our unique ASF values and culture throughout CACI

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience to marketing, communications, or business development experience in the IT field.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a Government security clearance

  • College Degree (B.S) in Business, Information Management Systems, Marketing & Communications, or a related discipline

  • Excellent communication skills in English in both written and spoken form.

  • Ability to create marketing material across multiple mediums including web, linkedin, news articles, podcasts, PowerPoints, flyers, etc.Willingness to learn and stay abreast of industry trends.

  • Experience working with business processes, capability needs, and business requirements.

  • The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team is also crucial.

  • The Agile Solution Factory emphasizes innovation and looks for individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems.

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time within the U.S.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with primary office being in Ashburn, VA.


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

  • Understanding of and experience being part of an Agile or Scrum Team member.

  • Ability to collaborate with technical teammates and take non-technical action based on that collaboration.

  • Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.

  • Certified Scrum Master, SAFe RTE, or PMP

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
