<title>About the role</title>

As a  Repair & Warranty manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing the whole process of central repair and warranty activities, from components to the final product.

You will proactively manage and communicate all central repair activities with different stakeholders including central operations, local operations, the hardware team and the suppliers. You will also own the warranty process, working with the procurement team to get compensation back from suppliers.

  • <point>Setup in-house repair facilities and coordinate the full process</point>
  • <point>Own the warranty process, initiate warranty cases</point>
  • <point>Own the compensation process, initiate compensation claims</point>
  • <point>Work together with the procurement team to initiate warranty cases to suppliers</point>

  • <point>Proven project management skills, preferably from B2B sector</point>
  • <point>Proven experience in procurement.</point>
  • <point>Hands-on experience in production management.</point>
  • <point>Solid experience with mechanical and electrical components.</point>
  • <point>You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders, and you are fluent in English</point>
  • <point>Micromobility experience is a plus</point>
  • <point>You are a data driven problem solver</point>
