We are looking for a results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and operations across Japan, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. This role focuses on establishing strong brand positioning, leveraging consumer insights, and tailoring products and marketing strategies to local markets. The ideal candidate will drive product localization, oversee social media content management, and ensure the efficient operation of e-commerce platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Brand Strategy Development

    • Brand Positioning and Differentiation: Define the brand’s positioning in Japan, Latin America, and Southeast Asia markets, highlighting unique selling points that resonate with consumer emotions and needs.
    • Consumer Insights: Understand consumer shopping behaviors and preferences in Japan, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Develop targeted strategies for specific demographics, such as youth, women, or urban groups.

    Product Development & Marketing

    • Product Localization: Ensure products and services meet the needs of local consumers in terms of design, functionality, and pricing.
    • Social Media Content Management: Manage localized platforms to publish engaging brand content that attracts target audiences.

    Ecommerce Operations & Performance

    • Cross-Border Platform Operations: Optimize product pages, manage inventory, and ensure efficient logistics on platforms in Japan, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
    • Pricing Strategies: Implement competitive pricing strategies based on market dynamics, consumer purchasing power, and demand to boost sales while maintaining brand positioning.

    Data-Driven Decision Making

    • Big Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools from e-commerce platforms to make timely adjustments.
    • User Behavior Analysis: Personalize marketing strategies by analyzing browsing patterns, purchase history, and other consumer data.

 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of social media experience in the E-Commerce industry
  • Fluent in English for communication and reading.
  • Familiar with operations and optimization techniques for major platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop in Japan, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
  • Skilled in leveraging local social media platforms for brand promotion.
  • Capable of using market analysis tools to derive insights and develop detailed marketing strategies.
  • Effective communication with local teams, suppliers, and consumers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to challenges in dynamic market environments and refine brand strategies.
