High volume title company is looking for a sales representative to join our North Carolina team. Applicant must be able to work within a high energy, high paced environment while always maintaining professionalism. **SALARY + COMPETATIVE MONTHLY COMMISSION**


Role and Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategic development and execution of marketing opportunities and projects
  • Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather data (social media, web analytics, internal data etc.) as well as analyze the effectiveness of current marketing methods; and procedures and develop new methods and procedures
  • Ability to approach new people and situations with ease in order to build strong client relationships, including networking with lenders and law firms throughout North Carolina
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks and communication with internal staff to ensure the functionality, performance and implementation of all marketing activities
  • Organize promotional events, including traditional, digital campaigns, and social media outlets
  • Participation in the development and implementation of marketing ideas and other activities as related to business development needs 

Job Requirements:

  • Presents self in a professional manner and have the ability to interact with all levels of internal business and outside clients
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, to facilitate business development
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Strong time management skills
  • Understanding of business and marketing concepts and knowing how to apply them
  • Team player
  • Comprehension and communication to all parties regarding sales principles
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships with a varied audience, including other staff members, professional clients, and outside parties

The expected salary range for this position is between:

$20,000.00 - $40,000.00

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
