Pfizer Singapore is recruiting permanent employees for manufacturing site expansion of PFIZER ASIA MANUFACTURING PTE LTD (PAMPL) in Singapore.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the incumbent will be working closely with the site leadership team to build the talent pipeline, develop people capability, implement all action plans as defined in the site strategic talent/workforce plans.

This role will implement the people agenda as well as provide advice, consultation and broadly contribute as a key member of the HR team in the development and execution of short term and long term plans based on company goals/objectives, strategic workforce plans:-

  • Serves as a strategic business partner to the site leadership team to ensure that Pfizer Singapore has the talent, culture and commitment to grow and evolve, supports outcomes with efficient processes/systems, people analytics.
  • Focus on and deliver against the following key priorities: cultivate culture, hire high quality talents and bring onboard all headcount requirements as plan, build organization capability, oversee talent management, identify, develop and improve retention of high performers and high potentials
  • Play a pivotal role in reinforcing Pfizer’s culture, promoting diversity and inclusion, leading employee engagement and employee value proposition activities to support change and transformation; focusing on fostering a positive colleague engagement/experience and building a great place to work.
  • Ensure efficiency in HR delivery and be a subject matter expert in all HR matters

Position Responsibilities

  • Delivery of all HR business partnering functions: Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning & Performance Management, Colleague Relations, Culture, Compensation & Benefits implementation, Communications etc
  • Develop an effective on boarding process/program for new colleagues and revamping the new hire orientation program.
  • Develop a sustainable platform to implement HR programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Lead and deliver the Talent Review process – identify key opportunities to build talent pipeline, succession plans as well as organizational and leadership capability and apply knowledge to develop action plans to support the closure of gaps.
  • Lead the performance management cycle during calibration meetings and guide people managers in conducting performance management and compensation dialogues.
  • Lead the site change management efforts, provide thought leadership and tools to help leaders optimize organizational effectiveness and implement organization change.
  • Design, construct communication strategy to support all change process and efforts.
  • Take an active role in fostering company culture and influence behaviours toward a performance driven organisation
  • Partner with above site Centres Of Excellence (Total Rewards, Benefits etc) in the revision or implementation of all Comp and Ben related matters including understanding the change impact and developing change communication to enable colleagues’ understanding.
  • Lead in global or regional HR projects as required and map out deployment plan to support the roll out of HR programs where applicable.

Organizational Relationships

  • Managing stakeholders within Pfizer PGS Singapore and Above Site to achieve goals
  • Interact with local Government Authorities, Financial Auditors, Local Service Providers, etc. when necessary

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business management or equivalent; Masters Degree preferred.

Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in human resources.
  • Experience in a large, global and complex organization is essential.
  • Able to handle multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a complex and matrix environment.
  • Able to influence Business Leaders and to build trust throughout the organization
  • Able to work with ambiguity, demonstrated problem-solving and relationship management skills
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Strong stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites
  • Prior experience working with Workday or other applicant tracking systems a plus
