What the role is about:

We are in search of a seasoned Corporate and Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process of support and technical roles in the company, from identifying staffing needs to finalizing successful hires.  

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Work closely with hiring managers/ team leads across different departments to identify recruitment requirements and strategize the hiring process
  • Establish hiring objectives for specific periods, such as quarterly and annually
  • Manage all correspondence with candidates from the time they submit their application until they are successfully onboarded
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
  • Conduct interviews with candidates at different phases of the hiring procedure, including phone screening calls, video interviews, and face-to-face meetings
  • Use skill assessment tools and tests for candidate screening purposes.
  • Identify potential candidates by sourcing on job boards, exploring resume databases, leveraging professional networks, and seeking referrals
  • Collaborate with the recruitment manager or team lead to devise strategies and ensure the successful fulfillment of a specific position
  • Ensure the accuracy of trackers and on-time delivery of reports with the use of ATS 
  • Optimize the utilization of resources to guarantee timely feedback for both applicants and hiring managers
  • You will be an external representative of Wonders sourcing and screening both passive and active candidates via social media, professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet), niche job boards, leveraging our current employee networks, and championing our referral program Coordinate recruitment events and engage in job fairs to connect with prospective candidates.

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Preferably with 3-5 years of combined experience as a Technical and Corporate Recruiter
  • With Excellent verbal, written communication, and negotiation skills
  • Must have Experience in using Social Media and Job Portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, or Jobstreet) in sourcing candidates
  • Must be knowledgeable in utilizing tools (Google Suite, Slack, G Meet, etc.)
  • Amenable to work on-site (Pasig City)
  • Preferably familiar with HR databases, and applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem)
  • With a Bachelor's/College Degree or relevant discipline
