Responsibilities:

  • Acts as business partner to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and his/her leadership team to provide thought leadership in how to best operationalize the Marketing strategy 

  • Drive business planning and effectiveness through a focus on insights and analytics 

  • Leads team of operation analysts to collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, monitor results, and adjust strategies as needed based on analytical findings

  • Operationalize Marketing Programs and drive automation and process improvements to deliver efficiencies 

  • Develop and implement streamlined marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across campaigns and projects.

  • Create, maintain, execute, and communicate the Marketing effectiveness measures and responsible for providing insights and recommendations for course correction 

  • Own improvements and health of the marketing tech stack. Collaborate with Operations to manage the health of the database.

  • Utilizes customer research, industry trends and market competitive analysis along with cross-functional stakeholder data to conduct business analysis 

  • Leads operational and strategic projects as needed with ability to pull together cross-functional teams to drive execution

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrated initiative in taking ownership for all assigned responsibilities, deliverables and results

  • Experience leading teams and ability to execute multiple work streams/outcomes effectively 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels

  • Data driven with experience in reporting on key success metrics, trends and making data-driven recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required, post-graduate degree is a plus.

  • Requires 15+ years of progressive business experience in related field, with experience working in a rapid-growth technology company, in a leadership role

  • Proven success in building and executing high-impact business strategies and driving cross-departmental alignment.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships and collaboration across teams

  • Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and building trusted relationships

  • An ability to flourish in a high growth, entrepreneurial and global environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.

  • Strong planning ability and experience in developing plan strategies and future operation goals.
