About the role:

An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Tourism Product Coordinator to join our friendly RAC Travel team on a full-time basis. In conjunction with the Sales & Product Manager, this role will see you responsible for researching, designing, and loading holidays for our members to book through RAC Travel branches, selecting the best mix of destinations, suppliers, variety, and value.  

What does every day look like for you?

You will spend your days:

  • Supporting the business in growing travel and tourism product sales.

  • Selecting products for monthly Travel Campaigns and ad hoc promotions.

  • Loading, coordinating and maintaining the portfolio of travel product online.

  • Providing regular reports on product performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Recommending new travel product/s to assist in achieving revenue targets, growth, and a competitive advantage.

  • Representing RAC Travel & Tourism within broader travel industry, building relevant relationships with preferred suppliers and other key stakeholders including tourism bodies.

What are we looking for?

Whilst travel experience will set you apart from other candidates, a keen interest in travelling and an understanding of the tourism industry will be enough to get you started in this role.

  • Education & Experience: a degree in travel, marketing, or related field (preferred). Extensive travel industry experience with cruise product design, online tourism, and copywriting expertise.

  • Communication & Relationships: strong skills in building relationships, negotiating, and communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Organisation & Teamwork: Excellent time management, ability to prioritise under pressure, and collaborate to achieve goals.
