Managed Solutions Program Manager

Description -

HP’s vision is to create technology that makes life better for everyone, everywhere — every person, every organization, and every community around the globe. With the heart, creativity, and energy of a start-up, and the brain, muscles, and determination of a Fortune 100 corporation, we continue to deliver ground-breaking new technologies to build on our 80+ year legacy of innovation.

The way companies manage their IT, printing and device portfolios has fundamentally changed in the last several years, with COVID accelerating the move to a hybrid work environment. For IT and business owners, this means a dramatic shift in managing devices. HP is at the forefront of creating services for the hybrid world, enabling intelligent and proactive support for both end-users and IT managers that speeds up set-up, reduces downtime, improves productivity, enables sustainable re-use of devices from PCs to printers, and drives a step change in employee experiences. The Managed Solutions organization is responsible for defining, designing, delivering, and supporting managed service solutions for devices, printers, and rooms to remove digital friction and improve the experience for customers globally.
