We’re in search of an experienced Consumer Product Manager to partner with the team and help shape the strategy for growth. The ideal candidate will have help to strengthen our strategic and executional excellence for our consumer marketing initiatives programs in Saudi and Bahrain. In addition to implementing programs to help tackle barriers and opportunities in driving awareness and education around our core product solutions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible to handle all consumer marketing projects related to digital and social media as well as the trade projects related to the chain pharmacies and hospitals in alignment with the marketing strategy in terms of planning and execution, managing a variety of projects and tasks at any given time, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Consumer Product Manager:

Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary. Evaluate potential challenges and work with responsible team to develop mitigation plan. Work in partnership with regional marketing team and sales teams to drive best in class consumer specific initiates and messaging for the market. Partner closely with key cross-functional team members including regulatory, clinical, medical education and legal/compliance to ensure streamlined processes for product commercialization activities. Plan, Execute, Coordinate, and support consumers trade and digital activities/campaigns locally and regionally. Schedule, co-coordinate and organize conferences/meetings as required, both internally and externally. Operate and maintain files, always ensuring security/confidentiality. Prioritize and effectively manage time (time management) to ensure that a given task is completed efficiently. Maintain training/seminar documentations, records, and certifications and attendance data bases. Manage agency relationships to execute digital and social media campaigns. Creating and localizing promotional materials based on the branding guidelines and submit on time for SFDA approval. Make sure that all promotional materials are approved on Veeva and maintain tracking and record of all materials. Ensure all marketing activities are in compliance with regulatory and OEC requirements. Be responsible for the management of projects as part of the marketing budget and project timelines. Review documentation related to trade and digital activities, purchase orders and invoices from the vendors. Travel 20%           

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least one year of experience in marketing or product management, or MBA with 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; deep empathy and the ability to quickly connect and build trust with people across an organization and work collaboratively across lines of difference.
  • Marketing experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical setting - diabetes experience preferred.
  • Experience with launching new products in the health care industry
  • Demonstrated experience with and ability to manage consumer focused projects in pharma/medical device setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and cross-functional projects required.
  • Medical Education experience is desired
  • Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment.
  • Project planning familiarity.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs
  • Detail focused and outcomes oriented
  • Extremely thorough with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience using business platforms like VEEVA

Experience managing a broad and dynamic set of responsibilities (primarily consumers projects, project tracking, and documentation) with the agility needed to adapt and pivot in the face of new challenges
