JOB SUMMARY:

The HRIS Coordinator supports HR Generalists and Centers of Excellence (COE) staff by ensuring accurate and timely processing of human resource information systems (HRIS) transactions. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of HR Processes, with an added focus on data analytics to help drive HR insights and decisions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HRIS Support: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, job details, compensation, benefits, and performance, within the HRIS system. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all transactions.
  • Data Entry & Processing: Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations within the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
  • Data Analytics: Leverage HRIS data to generate detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into key HR metrics such as employee turnover, headcount trends, diversity metrics, and performance data. Use data visualization tools to present findings in a clear, compelling manner that supports strategic decision-making. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with various members of HR to implement data-driven initiatives that enhance overall HR effectiveness.
  • End-User Assistance: Provide basic support for HRIS users, troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and offering guidance on system usage.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with the HRIS Director to test and implement system enhancements, deployments, and regular system updates.
  • Compensation & Benefits Support: Assist in the administration of compensation, benefits enrollments, changes, and leave administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • HR Compliance & Audits: Assist in conducting regular internal audits, including reviews of termination, onboarding, and system data to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work with HR and other departments to resolve user inquires and provide effective support for the HRIS system.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: ​Minimum of three years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, particularly in managing and interpreting HR data.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Salary Range: $76,000- $100,000

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in a company incentive plan.
