Job Description Summary
The Process and systems project manager provides critical administrative and process-oriented support and serves as a link between the factory and HR function. This role acts as an operational anchor for headcount data, performance management, and training governance. The position ensures organizational consistency by managing people related L4 reporting, facilitating external vendor collaboration, and maintaining the integrity of internal processes.
Job Description
I. Key Accountabilities, Execution
- Managing reporting structures (L4) and ensuring headcount data accuracy for management review
- Facilitating the performance cycle and training calendar to drive organizational development
- Acting as the operational bridge between internal teams and external agency partners
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, with a focus on processing and analyzing key human resources data
- Supporting the execution of people related projects by managing essential organizational and administrative tasks
- Providing expert consultation and facilitating communication during process-related discussions and alignment meetings
- Managing factory-related competency matrix, updates, changes
- Supporting the preparation of the employee review cycle, including the creation and maintenance of required documentation and records
- Providing administrative assistance, including official records, as required
- Drafting and managing internal communications related to working time frameworks and labor schedules
- Working closely with Internal Communications
- Supporting the synchronization and smooth operation of the company-wide performance appraisal process
- Coordinating and providing administrative support for the offboarding process of temporary agency workers
- Executing the annual salary review process specifically for the contingent workforce population
- Coordinating the monthly time-keeping closure for agency workers and maintaining the labor tracking systems relevant to this population
- Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader assigns with, verbally or in writing
II. Responsibility
- Preparing recurring L4 reports to ensure informed decision-making
- Coordinating the annual performance management timeline and the training calendar; generating reports to monitor development KPIs and completion rates
- Serving as the day-to-day contact for external recruitment and talent partners, ensuring their services align with company needs
- Active participation on mandatory EHS trainings and events
- Follow EHS rules and warn others to follow the rules
- Immediately report the incidents and near misses to the direct reports and EHS dept
- Immediately shut down the operation when realized life or serious injury risk present
III. Authority
- Empowered to coordinate and manage documentation and reporting workflows independently
- Authorized to train and support managers using HR systems
- Decision-making authority regarding the operational interaction and task delegation with external staffing and talent partners
- Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of performance records and training documentation
IV. Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience in an HR operations, HR generalist, or administrative leadership role
- Strong proficiency in Excel (reporting, data tracking), Power BI or other reporting tools
- Experience with HRIS or similar database management tools
- Professional fluency in English and Hungarian
- Strong capability to bridge communication between HR, external vendors, and management
