Work Schedule: Given the collaborative and complex nature of this work, this role is in person full time in Irvine, CA.
How you’ll make an impact:
This role will impactfully support the Senior Director HR Strategy and Process Improvement in developing and executing strategic planning and management processes and initiatives to evolve HR capabilities and how we continually elevate to deliver to the business. This team will define talent and organizational strategies for HR along with defining strategies for other areas of the HR function. For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $92,000 to $130,000 (highly experienced).
