MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: One (1) year of professional administrative or coordinator experience.
• Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of best practices in organization, administration, and customer service.
• Knowledge of proper protocol in dealing with confidential information.
• Skill in oral and written communication.
• Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating a commitment to customer service and sensitivity to a culturally and ethnically diverse community.
Additional Information:
Domestic and international travel will be required, depending on the needs of the unit.
Preferences:
Proven ability to effectively use time, plan, and coordinate multiple projects. Highly developed organizational and computer skills, with strict attention to detail; friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner, and sound judgment; proven ability to communicate effectively with external candidates, faculty, corporate clients, executives, and staff. Proven ability to respond positively to extreme pressures of time and workload; proven ability in oral and written communications; ability to work in a highly independent manner at times across functions within the school; willingness and ability to make calls to potential candidates.
