Training

1. This is a backfill position for Abhilasha Mathur ; Emp ID 11519017 ; Exit date: 4/1/2024 who has recently moved out in new role internally within DXC.
2. This position is for managing the India Run Ops Training initiatives for FY25.
3. This training team has been introduced by Life BPS leadership, focusing on Step by step approach to promote employee development such as Personal development, Business approach development, Skill enhancement, Role specific/Business specific knowledge enhancement. The skill enhancement trainings that would be handled by this position would include LOMA, Six Sigma Training, Agile Methodologies, Scrum Master, Behavioural Trainings, PMP, Msoffice tools etc.
