What You Will Do
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible to lead teams within a complex matrix environment to the successful completion of projects in support of multiple business lines, cross-functional in impact. The PM is accountable for planning and executing projects by:
- Identifying resources required.
- Assembling the team assigning duties to team members.
- Developing a project plan with milestones.
- Composing a project budget.
- Directing and managing of day to day assigned tasks.
- Managing vendor and client relationships as required.
- Adhering to Fidelity project management best practices.

Skills
Ability to understand and communicate the broader picture to all stakeholders and demonstrate an understanding of stakeholder interests (both business and technical). Knowledge of project management and development methodologies, practices/standards, tools, and techniques. Knowledge of systems development methodologies, standards, tools, and technique. Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, negotiation, influence, and customer relationship management skills. Time management and resource management skills. Utilization of flowcharts, analysis displays, project plans, complex documents. Knowledge of Microsoft desktop productivity applications.
