Lead Veterinarian – Imaging & Diagnostics.

Location: Village Vet Hampstead Hospital.

Are you an experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for comprehensive diagnostics and advanced imaging? Village Vet Hampstead is looking for a dynamic Lead Veterinarian to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will integrate advanced diagnostic techniques, including abdominal ultrasound, cardiology, and CT, to elevate our clinical services in a primary care hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage clinical activities, emphasising diagnostic imaging and comprehensive diagnostics.
  • Promote clinical standards and quality improvement.
  • Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and engagement within the practice team, leading with empathy and patience.
  • Ensure the highest levels of patient and client care through active leadership.
  • Contribute to the financial targets of the business unit.

Requirements:

  • A certificate in either internal medicine or diagnostic imaging.
  • Strong skills in diagnostic imaging, including ultrasound, cardiology, and CT scanning.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
