A Brief Overview

Designs enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems. What you will do

  • Assists in managing the day-to-day complex business consultation services to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Implements processes and assignments for research, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information for the business consulting department reports.
  • Assesses files, reports, and financial records, and manages department record retention.
  • Directs individuals to develop a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Confers internally and externally with clients and senior management regarding the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coaches the internal and external department point of contact ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management.
  • Delivers advice to the organization regarding current business trends and best practices by preparing analyses for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Implements processes to performance appraisals within the business consulting department ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Helps establish and implement strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and highperformance standards are upheld.

Education

Requisition Job Description

Position Summary

This is a Scrum Team role that will be a member of the Medicare / Medicaid Transformers team tasked with developing purpose built capabilities for our NextGen platform to support the integration with other applications in the Nextgen platform.

This role is responsible for delivering data analysis, and data configuration Stories within an Agile framework.

  • Serves as a member of the team to deliver purpose built configuration for the Medicare and IFP pharmacy business team.

Generation Platform.

  • Independently leads the configuration of various business requirements to support the

Next Generation Platform Program for the Medicare organization, including products for Medicare Advantage (MA), Medicare Advantage with Prescription Drug Coverage (MAPD) and stand-alone Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) and potentially Medicaid.

  • Able to write SQL / PLSQL at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Independently completes data analysis for member data to identify and resolve data issues.

With limited direction, translates business requirements into user case stories.

  • Performs ongoing system maintenance, research, problem resolution and on-call support, according to defined plans or documentation for existing systems.
  • Is fully familiar with the prescribed methodology and is in strict compliance with all required artifacts. • Independently completes Unit Testing

Required Qualifications

  • Experience PLSQL / Oracle databases; Intermediate (2-4 years)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IBM ACE and BAW
  • Education Experience with Market Prominence, MHK's (formerly MedHOK) Enrollment, Billing and Correspondence platform
  • Medical Management / Medical Management - Government Administration (2-4 years)
  • Leadership / Creating Accountability (Intermediate)
  • Leadership / Driving a Culture of Compliance (Foundational)
  • Leadership / Anticipating and Innovating (Intermediate)
  • Technology / Justifying the Business Case (Intermediate)
  • Experience with enterprise-wide and / or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
