Xomery is seeking a highly-motivated, detailed, and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist with a desire to join our company. This person will be responsible for building emails, automations, and other marketing motions that drive highly-qualified targeted marketing campaigns

The successful candidate will take an analytical approach by consistently finding solutions to maximize engagement, retention, and customer loyalty. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leverage marketing automation tools to automate promotional, informational, and transactional, content strategies that maximize customer activation, retention, and referrals
  • Create and execute creative email marketing campaigns with highly-technical content 
  • Ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity of customer and contact lists in multiple databases
  • Work across the organization (Sales, Product, Data Science, Operations, Technology, etc.) to continuously improve the customer journey from onboarding to re-engagement, from marketing touch points to onsite experience
  • Consistently deliver 7-10 weekly high-quality campaigns and templates on a predetermined schedule

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3  years of digital marketing experience with user segmentation, email marketing, and campaign building in a high-growth, high-tech environment
  • Proven experience leveraging HubSpot to create nurture campaigns, building templates and translating copy into high-performing creative
  • Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and other platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua, Klaviyo, Active Campaign, Iterable, Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, Salesforce, Zapier, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Understanding and working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in fluent English
  • Demonstrated ability to define/undertake work assignments with minimal supervision
  • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize
  • Obsessed with providing great customer experiences
  • Preferred: Completion of BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related area
