Roles & Responsibilities: - Create and optimize user experiences by translating design concepts into prototype solutions. - Develop software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the development process. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in user experience design and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: - Solid understanding of software engineering solutions and prototypes. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of design intent and technical feasibility implications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in User Experience Design, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
