As a BPA Sr. Analyst, R&D IOD and Strategy supporting R&D Finance, you will be trusted to work on short- and long-term financial planning at Mexico City (Hybrid).

IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

• Executing data visualization reports and dashboards.
• Supporting the execution of month-end processes for certain R&D functions, demonstrating business understanding and curiosity.
• Acting as a liaison to the Win IT financial management team and assisting in variance analysis and journal entry preparation.
• Assisting in PO troubleshooting as needed.
• Ensuring adequate accounting, reporting, and control systems to identify risks, inform opportunities, and meet forecast accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 4+ years in finance operations, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.
• Technical skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP, BI, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Prior shared service experience is a plus.
• Behaviors:
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in demanding and resource-constrained environments.
