We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant within Caterpillar in the Earthmoving Division. In this role, you will Champion our Global Finance Strategy Organization (GFSO) by initially leading the integration of OneStream into our daily FP&A processes for the division and segment. You will also participate in other strategic initiatives.  The position will be at the forefront of change, driving improvements in our financial reporting tools and processes, and solving the challenges of our business with a customer-oriented mindset.

What You Will Do:

  • Primary point of contact for CI and Earthmoving on OneStream system training and processes
  • Participate in SME training
  • Coordinate and perform user-acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Attend and engage in finance process improvement workshops for the enterprise
  • Lead data mapping, reconciliation and cleansing activities through the multiple phases of Program Oasis
  • Coordinate communication across all divisions within the segment to support the implementation of OneStream

What You Have:

  • Education: 4-year degree in accounting OR any 4-year degree with an accounting certification (CPA/CMA) ​

  • Financial Planning & Analysis:  Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools for financial reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis experience
  • OneStream experience
