Job Summary

Comcast Business is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Director of Contract Management and Administration to lead our contract management strategy and execution. In this critical leadership role, you will oversee a team of high-performing professionals responsible for navigating complex customer negotiations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic partnerships that align with our business goals.

The Sr. Director, Contract Management will be based at our Philadelphia headquarters.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor contract teams across diverse sales channels, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
    • Drive high performance and professional growth within the team to meet organizational objectives.
       
  • Strategic Contract Negotiation:
    • Manage complex negotiations to secure contract terms that align with Comcast Business objectives while mitigating risks.
    • Provide expert guidance in crafting tailored, innovative solutions to support long-term customer and partner relationships.
       
  • Compliance Oversight:
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure contracts comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Monitor emerging compliance challenges and provide strategic insights to senior leadership, proactively addressing potential risks.
       
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Design and enhance processes for efficient tracking, storage, and retrieval of contract documentation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract strategies with the company’s broader strategic vision and improve operational efficiency.
       
  • Business Impact:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering actionable insights on compliance trends and contract strategies to drive business growth.
    • Support initiatives that strengthen partnerships, maximize revenue opportunities, and positively impact the bottom line.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading contract teams and managing complex, high-value negotiations in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Deep understanding of contract compliance, risk management, and legal frameworks within the telecommunications or related industries.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a track record of driving organizational success.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities with a focus on aligning operational goals with long-term business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing efficient contract management tools and systems.
