Zinia is the new checkout lending platform of the Santander Group. Zinia makes shopping simple, offering the possibility of splitting payments into interest-free installments in a fast and transparent way, powering merchants across Europe using technology from Openbank and Santander Consumer Finance. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to make your contribution over a growing market within the business areas of lending, cobranded credit cards and buy-now-pay-later with a solid expansion across different countries with global leading merchants. 

 

Zinia leverages the technological resources and expertise of Openbank, the digital-native bank of the Santander Group, which is currently rolling out its international expansion plans. Through a simple and flexible banking model, Openbank offers customers the possibility to manage their finances on the website or app.

 

Mission and responsibilities:

 

The onboarding & customer operations specialists will work in the BAU of the Onboarding&Customer team in the new Co.branded credit card project.

 

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Supervision of the day to day activities of the onboarding and customer activities. incidents management of external BAU Operations teams.
  • Incident management.
  • SLA control.
  • Implementation of onboarding and customer projets.
  • Support for the Control Model team.
  • Access management for operating equipment, documentation control, manuals and regulatory changes.
  • Monthly reviews with the partner, reporting of KPIs, search for improvements and efficiencies in current flows.
  • Collaboration with the IT team – onboarding & customer
  • Budget management
  • Promote the continuous improvement of the onboarding and customer related processes in terms of quality, efficiency and automatization of internal procedures.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • + 5 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Experience from other projects related to onboarding and customer.
  • Operational Knowledge of customer cycle.
  • Control Model experience.
  • Studies in Business Administration.
  • Fluent English.
