Role Purpose:
This role will be responsible for supporting Channel Delivery service activities within India markets. The Marketing Channel Delivery Manager role will closely collaborate with the Marketing Channel Delivery Regional Lead, BUs, BOPs, Digital, and Channel Teams to develop digital strategies and goals that meet needs of HCP and Patients ensuring adherence with Global standards, compliance, legal and business requirements, on time and to budget.
In particular, the Marketing Channel Delivery manager will be focus on:
Campaign Management capabilities through execution of outbound (eMail) marketing programs.
HCP Portal to engage customers with promotional messaging, and/or access additional Pfizer products and services. Advise marketing teams on how to structure and implement a successful portal strategy to enhance the customer experience. Portal governance and above brand oversight.
ePermission governance to support customer acquisition strategy (collection, management, data quality and reporting)
Manage and oversight of Omnichannel reporting to measure omnichannel performance and guarantee KPIs consistency across Global standard dashboard.
Rollout, oversight and scale of Social 2-way Communications capabilities ensuring process execution, compliance, and efficiency
Oversee the Adobe Supply Chain Program, guide commercial team members on Adobe WF project setup, and address day-to-day operational queries.
Main Role responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of omnichannel service providers and ensures on-time delivery across channels and campaigns.
Demonstrate to internal customers the value of Marketing Channel Delivery services and drive positive customer satisfaction through results.
Working with enabling functions to ensure delivery of global / local omnichannel and content deployment plans.
Ensure all relevant local approvals and compliance standards and practices are met.
Serve as local expert to advise omnichannel teams on how to structure and implement a successful omnichannel strategy to enhance the customer experience.
Directs the development and delivery of measurable campaign plans for the BU that deliver maximum value across customer touch points and journeys, ensuring adherence to omnichannel standards and compliance requirements
Enable efficient & effective global to local digital content production
Enable operational metrics aligned with commercial effectiveness strategy guidance
Qualifications
BA/MBA or equivalent Master's-level education preferred
5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical sector is preferred
Experience in Campaign Management, Project Management, Digital marketing analytics is required
Demonstrate passion for Digital and Innovation
Influence and communications skills - ability to generate credibility
Team working, decision making and up-to-date knowledge on digital trends and best practices
Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the digital performance
Demonstrated agility and ability to independently drive program completion
