Job Description
Responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns for ancillary products.
Develop marketing calendar and channel/distribution strategy by having end to end accountability of commercial delivery into market and work closely with regional/local integrated marketing team, social media, digital marketing and creative team to ensure ancillary products strategy is aligned to overall AirAsia.com Strategy.
Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point.
Work closely internally with the relevant team to establish channel strategy (external party).
Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for AirAsia in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand enhances the consumer purchase experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy and conversion.
Constantly engage with the Product team to enhance the user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or any related field
Experiences in Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategy for 3 years onwards
Understanding marketing trends and having passionate in airline business
Creating graphic design or artwork with creativity ideas according to Customer Intelligence (CI) of the company.
Excellent at English and interpersonal skills
Creativity, working as a team and under pressure with limited time
