$137/hr or $284,960 total comp

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Support Specialist to work with our AMR Regional Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing invoices and contracts for events, and supporting the sales team with sales team-driven events.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Process and track invoices and contracts related to marketing and sales events, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment of vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts, invoices, and related documentation.

Event Support:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and follow up of local sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Manage logistics for these events.
  • Organize and coordinate shipments of event materials to sales team members and event locations, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure all event materials and services are delivered as required.

Sales Team Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including organizing shipments of marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Maintain and manage the list of sales events, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Actively follow up with the sales team to collect leads and ensure they are properly entered into the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Support the sales team with creative approaches for the lead collection at the events.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, sales teams, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide regular updates on event status and requirements to relevant teams.
  • Support internal communications and team activities related to events, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field with 0 - 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in a marketing support or administrative role with a focus on event planning, invoicing, and contract management is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Google-suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Drive) and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms). Knowledge of Airtable and SFDC is desirable, but not required.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the genomics or life sciences industry is a plus, but not required.

 

Below is the base pay range for this full-time position.  The actual base pay will depend on several factors unique to each candidate, including one’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  This position is with an agency and includes participation in its comprehensive health benefit program.  During the hiring process, your 10x recruiter can share more compensation information, and can connect you with the agency’s representative for benefits information.
