Role Summary (Solution Advisory for Gen AI Service Contact Center)

Deal Origination:

  • Support deal origination, actively collate and harvest content, create case studies, maintain demo library and asset repository.
  • Articulate capabilities and USP’s of Contact Center platform/ assets for purpose of video demo creation.

Deal Support:

  • Responsible for technical and functional content collation and creation for proposals and orals presentations. Help Deal team and offering team to author proposal for contact center automation solution.
  • Excellent with presentation skills.
  • Solution Focus: Responses/sections needing articulation from a Solution, Delivery, Client Business, Technology, Opportunity, Pricing and Win Themes perspective. Can also include custom reference, experience & expertise write-ups, etc.
  • Must be able to articulate technical solution and value differentiation in the proposal.
  • Non-solution Focused: Sharing relevant baseline content such as Company Info Responses, Standard Capability Responses, Credential Write-ups, Resumes and Standard Methodology/Tools (for Project Mgt., HR, Training, etc.) Responses.

Collaboration:

  • Be proactive and build strong connections with deal team and offering team.
  • Coordinate with deal and offering teams for proposal and client presentation development activities
  • Set-up daily standup calls for collaboration with deal team and manage access for relevant stakeholders.
  • Connect with the account and solution leads to gather any past responses (EOI, RFI, etc.). Sanitize collateral and mask confidential content as per Accenture standards. Harvest these content for future use.
  • Readiness to collaborate with multi-shore bid teams, and function across the time-zones.

Basic Qualifications

-  Engineering graduate with MBA in Marketing will be ideal.

- 3-5 years of presales experience.

Great to Have

  • Applicant with Contact Centner solution expertise will have added advantage.
  • Experience of working on Deals where the solution was based on Artificial Intelligence or Digital Technologies
  • Excellent Power point and documentation skills will have added advantage.
  • Ability to bridge between business and technology realms. Ability to play multiple functional roles simultaneously.
  • Excellent research skills and be able to write persuasively and articulately is an asset.
