ChampionX is currently looking for a Digital Product Manager for our cutting-edge emissions software solution, Detex360 in Calgary, AB. This critical role will provide product ownership and leadership, ensuring the system's ongoing maintenance and development in alignment with the evolving needs of emissions management. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the development of the product roadmap and collaborating with the digital engineering team to design and implement a future-proof system that integrates our expanding suite of technology and service solutions.

What You Will Do:

·Roadmap Development: Lead the creation and management of a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market needs, ensuring the Detex360 platform remains at the forefront of emissions management technology.

·Data Integration: Coordinate the integration and delivery of data from existing technologies and solutions, ensuring synchronization with ongoing development and the expansion of Emissions technology and service suite.

·Industry Acumen: Foster continuous industry knowledge and acumen within the department, staying informed about trends and advancements in emissions management.

·Client Engagement: Support client interactions, ensuring that the voice of the customer is reflected in product development and investment decisions. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align product offerings with client needs and market demands.

·Emissions Management Modules: Oversee the development of enhanced emissions management modules within Detex360, including regulatory and voluntary reporting, certified/differentiated gas data, and emissions performance management.

·Consulting Support: Develop a robust platform that supports our consulting services, focusing on delivering cost-effective and impactful emissions management solutions for our clients.

·Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the software product, aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.

·Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with software development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of the product roadmap, addressing any issues or obstacles that arise.

·Product Launch: Plan and coordinate product launches, including defining release milestones, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring successful rollouts to customers and end-users.

·Product Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future product iterations.

·Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential threats for the software product.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Software Product Manager

  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights and product features.

  • Deep understanding of emissions management, regulatory requirements, and the oil & gas sector's technological landscape.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions and address complex product challenges.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Technical knowledge and familiarity with software development concepts, technologies, and tools.

  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value and meeting user needs.

  • Business acumen and the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals.
