Role Summary:
The Campaign Executive is responsible for complete campaign management of all WBD TV campaigns, including:
Booking of all TV campaigns;
Campaign management of all guaranteed audience campaigns (including spot management to achieve campaign objectives);
Trafficking copy for all TV campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing a high standard of client service including liaising with the agency contacts face to face, via email or over the telephone.
Booking television schedules – working with agencies and/or direct clients to secure available airtime and accurately book clients television activity.
Amending and cancelling clients’ television schedules, managing any potential conflict.
Liaising with Inventory Team to resolve availability issues when booking television airtime.
Monitoring client campaigns against objectives
Managing guaranteed audience campaigns to ensure delivery.
Assisting the sales team including planning schedules, pre/post campaign analysis, monitoring campaigns.
Ensuring accurate scheduling and playout of all commercials across all channels.
Ensure all TVC versions are entered correctly and scheduled as required in the BTS traffic system.
Co-ordinating all traffic instructions and inputting all commercial materials into our traffic system BTS.
QCing of all versions (Material/Key Numbers)
Manage weekly list of missing materials and chase when necessary.
Handling the key changes, sales amendments and late campaign buys and ensuring any late changes are implemented on time as well as any other general enquiries or day to day changes.
Actively managing the archiving of expired versions with BTS, Amagi and internal folders.
Liaising with a wide range of agencies and building positive customer relationships.
Contribute to a positive culture that embodies the company values and lead by example.
Familiarity with the company health & safety policies and procedures.
Carry out your work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors or the general public.
Other duties as required.

Qualities Required:
A high level of accuracy and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to articulate the value of advertising opportunities and negotiate effectively.
Advanced organisation abilities - The ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks efficiently is crucial for success in this role.
Familiarity with the TV Broadcast industry, including an understanding of the advertising landscape, target audience demographics, and industry trends.
Collaboration – Campaign Executives often work closely with sales teams, marketing, and other departments. Being a team player and having the ability to collaborate effectively is important.
Advanced problem solving abilities - The ability to identify issues and come up with effective solutions is valuable. Sales Coordinators often encounter challenges related to client needs, scheduling, or logistics.
Proficiency in using common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and any industry-specific tools or software used for sales and coordination.
The TV Broadcast industry can be dynamic, and priorities may shift. An adaptable individual who can handle changes and challenges with a positive attitude is desirable.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred but not essential.
