Job Overview:

To manage the Business Process Associates and Analysts to ensure work is completed in a timely and high quality fashion on all validation, outsource and audit projects. To ensure the appropriate resources are deployed for work on client engagements in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.

Essential Functions

  • Analyzes contracts and other documents as required.
  • Performs quality assurance checks on data.
  • Runs and reviews reports, spreadsheets and graphs using internally developed software.
  • Prepares written reports for manufacturers based on analysis.
  • Performs research on various companies and topics on the internet.
  • Performs reconciliation on rebate totals as needed.
  • Manages project deadlines.
  • Handles account management and training responsibilities as assigned.
  • Manages client implementation and training projects.
  • Supervises Business Process Associates and Analysts.
  • May assist with department budget process.
  • May manage training and SOP documentation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Req
  • 4 years relevant work experience Req
  • one (1) to two (2) years experience as an IQVIA Business Process Analyst Pref
  • Knowledge of managed health care and Pharmacy benefit management beneficial.
  • Fluent with computer capabilities including word processing, spreadsheet and database entry.
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact as a team player.
  • Managerial skills, including a strong focus on team building.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,200.00 - $163,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
