Hiring Manager Title: Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations
The candidate will provide professional, confidential support to the TKO Investor Relations department. The candidate will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations.
The ideal candidate will be a highly trustworthy, proactive, hardworking professional who is team-oriented, agile, and intuitive. The candidate should be self-confident and energetic, with a can-do attitude as well as strong financial knowledge and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Duties include:
Prepare various analyses of TKO financial activity, including revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, EPS, Free Cash Flow, valuation, leverage and consensus estimates
Prepare various analyses of TKO operational activity, including media rights agreements, live events activity and sponsorship agreements
Prepare various analyses of peer and industry activity, including summaries of notable financial, operational and strategic developments
Coordinate the logistical activities in connection with TKO’s quarterly earnings process, including the scheduling of preparatory meetings, the distribution of preparatory materials and post-earnings investor calls
Coordinate TKO corporate access activities, such as industry conferences and investor meeting schedules
Maintain the Company’s corporate investor relations web site
Maintain the Company’s corporate investor relations presentation
Manage the Company’s investor database to track investor interactions and inform investor targeting activities
Assist the SVP, Head of IR with the quarterly earnings process, including the preparation and review of the earnings release, prepared remarks and Q&A prep document
Coordinate with other corporate departments, including Executive Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury, Corporate Communications and Legal to facilitate IR departmental needs
Coordinate with TKO’s business segments, including UFC and WWE to facilitate IR departmental needs
Ad hoc projects and other duties as required
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in investor relations and/or a related field such as public equity analysis, investment banking, corporate finance
Experience within media and entertainment, in particular, sports and live events, is preferred
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Responsible and reliable, with experience working with confidential information and senior executives
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive individual who is able to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple tasks and demonstrates sound business judgement and common sense
Strong interpersonal, organization and communications skills both verbal and written
Travel, while expected to be limited, may be required on occasion
Flexible to be in office at least four days per week
Candidate’s primary office location will be TKO’s corporate offices in Manhattan, NY. On occasion (ie, approximately 1 day/week), the candidate will be required to work out of WWE’s offices in Stamford, CT
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum:
$130,000 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$170,000 annually
