Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate dedication and diligence to the growth and understanding of the Acrisure enterprise and the business intelligence associated. 
  • Contribute to the expansion of Acrisure’s data management initiative.   
  • Perform thorough analysis of current state application architecture and proposed future state including cost comparison. 
  • Be familiar with multiple Agency Management Applications and able to deliver consultative direction for alignment with Acrisure standards while realizing process and equity improvements. 
  • Pipeline Management:  Review implementation project requests and determine timeframe for completion 
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Agency Management software required.  Experience with Applied Epic preferred. 
  • Insurance Operations or Systems Administration experience
  • Possess strong administrative and computing skills
  • Microsoft office experience.  Proficient with Microsoft excel
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines 
  • Able to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills 
  • Competent with collaboration tools such as WebEx, Zoom and Teams 

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or five or more years of experience in Insurance Operations, Sales or Systems Administration 
  • Deep Understanding of Data Conversion and Software Implementation Project Methodologies 
  • 5 years’ experience in software implementation, data extraction and manipulation are preferred  
  • Focused review of technology requirements for successful integration of applications  
  • One or more years of Commission Tracking/Agency Accounting experience desired
