Job Summary

The Human Resources Department of Comcast Spectacor is currently seeking an HR Intern to support our diverse group of internal clients. The role immerses a current college student into the daily operations of a sports and entertainment company while working side-by-side with leaders to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of Human Resources.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Learn to use industry-specific recruitment software and other recruitment resources
  • Assist with the HR documentation process and provide record-keeping support
  • Provide general HR support, such as sending updates for Labor Law postings, supply orders, and process HR specific mail
  • Participate in other projects/functions of Human Resources as appropriate
  • Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Open to college juniors, seniors and grad students seeking an internship within Human Resources
  • Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, Sports Management or related majors preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
  • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to participate 30 – 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday) preferred

Compensation

Base Pay: $8.00
